Terry Demmer received a B.F.A. degree in Graphic Design at Iowa State University in 2002. He has a proven track record of being an extremely dedicated and hard worker as well as being an accomplished leader in his field and his community.

As a student at Iowa State, he excelled as a student leader on campus, receiving several awards most notably being one of twelve recipients chosen from approximately 4,000 eligible Seniors to receive the first ever, Senior Class Leadership Recognition Award. The same year he was a co-recipient of College of Design - Dean's Award for Extraordinary Performance.

In his community, Terry is very involved with the N.E. Iowa Council - Boy Scouts of America. Being a very active scout as a youth and attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, Terry now volunteers much of his free time serving on the Council Properties Cmt, Council Climbing/COPE Cmt, Chairman for Venturing Crew 61, and the Northeast Iowa Council Venturing Chairman.

During his free time Terry can be found working at home, catching a Cardinals game on-line, doing something with his wife Jolee, or possibly doing "scout-stuff" as Jolee likes to call it. Jolee is fantastic to say the least. Hard working, extremely intelligent, fun to be around and a very dedicated person to her work and friends. However she is also a Hawkeye fan and a Cub fan which makes for some interesting battles around game days!
